Win-win partnerships are not about agreeing on a single outcome that benefits both parties – or worse – convincing the other party to abandon their win conditions and adopt yours. Win-win partnerships helps create conditions where both parties get their ideal outcome. All dialogue in the partnerships should be aimed towards creating these conditions.
