Challenges • When the actual meaning and commitment associated with the vision of being a "truly sustainable destination" became apparent that the discussion became stuck. • The clarification of the vision brought insights into the importance of legitimacy (who owns the question) and highlighted a need for resolving knowledge gaps. • Another important finding is that several participants, especially those from the tourism/visitor industry accustomed to more operational work, found the discussions too abstract.
